The first is Click Tales which gives some very impressive analytic insights.They offer a great deal but here is a very short list of some reports they provide:
- Where in a form people either make mistakes or quit.
- How far they scroll on a page
- What their mouse behaviors are (which has some correlation to what they are looking at on a page)
- How long they are engaged on each part of the page
- Where they click.
Video mapping of individual site visits.

This is in addition to either Clicktales traffic analytics or Google Analytics, (or whatever traffic program in use)
Website Pulse
This monitoring tool provides good reports as well as real time monitoring and alerts of: site uptime, page load problems, shopping cart and any transaction forms failures, and some security issues. Again this is just a part of their service however we consider this to be of great value both for site profitability and improving the UX.
