Merit Lee, founder and creative director
of Designs with Merit,
attended the New School of Social
Research for creative writing in New York City. She became co-founder and principal writer for the company Rent-A-Roast, where she
spent five years writing and performing custom roasts for corporations like AT&T, IBM,
Coopers and Lybrand, and the Chicago Board of Trade.
She relocated to San Francisco, California in 1991. While pursuing a
degree in English at the College of Marin, she continued her
writing career. Her work appeared in local newspapers and
national magazines. Merit received her degree in Internet
Technology & Design from San Francisco State University and
founded Designs with Merit in 1996. Merit blends her background as a writer and her talent as a
designer to create web sites that are not only visually pleasing,
but have an eye on marketing. |
