I think the awards (National  & International) speak volumes about the content and creativity of our web site but I wanted to outline specifically how your design and implementation has worked so well for our facility.

First and foremost, our customers the boaters, have very specific needs in that they must have current wind, tide and weather updates in order to make travel plans. The web site you created for us provides all of this information, including a live camera shot of the local bay area, as well as maps, dock sites, and an event calendar. Many of our boaters have commented on how easy it has been to navigate and use our site and they love being able to make reservations online.

Secondly, boaters like to have fun, and we are a destination marina catering to the yacht club and the weekend boater. PIER 39 is a dynamic shopping and entertainment complex and the web site has captured our "personality" with its' innovative and interactive features such as whirling nautical emblems, barking sea lions and an animated event calendar.

Finally, your professionalism, creativity and delightful sense of humor made this a very easy and exciting experience for us. We are very proud of our web site because you have the intuitive skills to translate our perception of ourselves and what we have to offer our boating customers.
